Development and Implementation of Interactive School Websites
The ARTA Memorandum Circular No. 2022-05, titled "Guidelines on the Harmonized Client Satisfaction Measurement", provides a framework for government agencies in the Philippines to standardize the process of measuring client satisfaction. The purpose is to improve the delivery of public services by using client feedback to enhance service quality and efficiency.
The memorandum also highlights the following:
Harmonization of Client Satisfaction Measurement (CSM): ARTA aims to unify how government agencies gather and measure client satisfaction across various public services. This ensures consistency and comparability of results.
Use of Standardized Tools: It prescribes the use of specific tools for measuring satisfaction, which include surveys, questionnaires, and other appropriate feedback mechanisms. These tools should be applied consistently across all agencies to ensure reliability.
Mandatory for All Agencies: All government agencies are required to implement these guidelines and collect client feedback on a regular basis. This is part of a broader initiative to improve government transparency and accountability.
Client Satisfaction Indicators: The circular outlines key indicators that agencies should use to assess how well they meet clients' expectations, such as service quality, timeliness, and accessibility.
Reporting and Action Plans: Agencies are required to submit regular reports on client satisfaction results to ARTA and take necessary actions to address issues raised by clients. The feedback should also guide improvements in processes, policies, and staff training.
Continuous Improvement: The results of the client satisfaction surveys are intended to be used for ongoing improvements in public service delivery, with agencies being encouraged to set performance targets based on client feedback.
In line with these guidelines, the ICT unit recommends the "Development and Implementation of an Interactive School Website" to strictly adhere to our government's policies.
