Ang modyul na ito ay ginawa bilang tugon sa iyong pangangailangan. Layunin nitong matulungan ka sa iyong pag-aaral habang wala ka sa loob ng silid-aralan. Hangad din nitong madulutan ka ng mga makabuluhang oportunidad sa pagkatuto. Ang modyul na ito ay may mga bahagi at icon na dapat mong maunawaan. 

Nakapaloob sa modyul na ito ang paghihinuha sa pangyayari o pahayag mula sa isang akda at mababasa mo din sa modyul na ito ang tungkol sa wastong paggamit ng mga pahayag sa pagbibigay ng patunay. Nakatutulong nang malaki sa iyong pag- unawa ang tekstong lunsarang iyong babasahin.

Ang kursong ito ay para sa mga mag-aaral ng grade 10. Tatalakayin ang kahalagahan ng pag-aaral  at kahalagahan ng pagiging mulat sa mga kontemporaryong isyu sa lipunan at daigdig

This Module is an exploratory course that leads you to Cookery National Certificate Level II ( NC II)1. It covers 4 common competencies that a Grade 7 /
Grade 8 Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) student like you ought to possess,
namely:
1) Use use and maintain kitchen tools and equipment;
2) Perform mensuration and calculation;
3) Interpret kitchen layout, and
4) Practice occupational safety and health.

These 4 common competencies are covered separately in 5 Lessons. As shown below,
each Lesson is directed to the attainment of one or two learning outcomes:
Lesson 1 – Use and maintain kitchen tools and equipment
           LO1. Utilize kitchen tools and equipment
           LO 2. Maintain kitchen tools, equipment, and working area
           LO 3. Store and stack kitchen tools and equipment
Lesson 2 – Perform mensuration and calculation
           LO 1. Carry out measurement and calculations in a required tasks
           LO 2. Calculate cost of production
Lesson 3 – Interpret kitchen lay-out
          LO1. Read and interpret kitchen plans
          LO2. Create kitchen lay-out
Lesson 4 – Practice occupational safety and health
           LO 1. Identify hazards and risks
           LO 2 Control hazards and risks

ARALIN I: Ang Mataas na Gamit at Tunguhin ng Isip at Kilos – Loob

Layunin: 

- Natutukoy ang mataas na gamit at tunguhin ng isip at kilos-loob. (EsP10MP-Ia-1.1)

-Nakikilala ang kanyang mga kahinaan sa pagpapasya at nakagagawa ng mga kongkretong hakbang upang malagpasan ang mga ito. (EsP10MP-Ia-1.2)

Tungkol saan ang aralin na ito?

Ang aralin na ito tungkol sa mataas na gamit at tunguhin ng isip at kilos-loob. Muli mong babalikan ang taglay mong kakayahan bilang tao upang matugunan mo ang hamon ng pagpapakatao. Paano dapat gamitin ang isip at kilos-loob ng tao sa angkop na sitwasyon, tamang kilos upang maipakita ang kakayahang mahanap ang katotohanang maglingkod at magmahal sa ating kapwa.

Higit kanino man, ang tao ang inaasahang may malaking papel na gagampanan sa mundong kaniyang kinaroroonan at ginagalawan. Kapag pinaglilingkuran natin ang iba, napaaalalahanan tayo na walang anumang bagay sa buhay na ito ang nagtatagal maliban sa ugnayang nabuo natin sa ibang tao.
