FILIPNO 10- EPIKO

This course is intended for all Grade 7 learners in English for the school year 2021-2022. Specifically, this covers the lesson about skimming and scanning.
320306 SCIENCE 8
In this Course, you will learn more about the fascinating world of Science 8.
Mathematics 8 - Quarter 1 Week 2
In this course, you will understand more about factoring, specifically, Factoring General Trinomials.
Factoring is your gateway to doing big things in life. If you want be a chemist or astronomer or ecologist or physicist, or programmer or be your own boss and have a competitive edge, or do anything beyond working the 9-to-5; if you want to be a leader in your field and do big things, you will need skills in mathematics which are built upon college algebra, and for that you need to learn about factoring. That is why these skills are important. Those who have math skills earn more money. That is why you should learn about Algebra. That is why you should learn about factoring.
A polynomial with three terms is called a trinomial. Trinomials often (but not always!) have the form x2 + bx + c. At first glance, it may seem difficult to factor trinomials, but you can take advantage of some interesting mathematical patterns to factor even the most difficult-looking trinomials.

This course is intended for all Grade 8 learners for the S.Y 2021-2021. Specifically, this covers the lesson about logical connectors.
English 10
This course s intended for all Grade 10 English Learners for the school year 2021-2022.
MELC: Determining the effects of textual aids like advance organizers, titles, non-linear texts, nonlinear illustrations etc. on the understanding of a text. WEEK 2 Quarter 1.
Mathematics 9 Quarter 1 Weeks 1 to 4
Mathematics 9 for quarter 1 week 1 includes concepts on Quadratic Equations and Rational Algebraic Equations.
The learner will be able to investigate thoroughly mathematical relationships in various situations, formulate real -life problems involving quadratic equations, inequalities, quadratic functions and rational algebraic expressions/ equations and solve them using a variety of strategies.
This lesson is divided into 6 lessons namely:
Lesson 1: Illustrating Quadratic Equations
Lesson 2: Solve Quadratic Equations using a) Extracting Square Roots; b) Factoring ; c) Completing the Square ; d) Quadratic Formula
Lesson 3: Discriminant and Nature of the Roots
Lesson 4: Sum and Product of the Roots
Lesson 5: Solve Equations Transformable to Quadratic Equations
Lesson 6: Solve Word Problems Involving Quadratic Equations and Rational Algebraic Equations

GRADE 10 ENGLISH
This course is intended to all Grade 10 English learners for the SY 2021-2022. It covers the topic on comparing and contrasting contents of the material viewed with outside sources of information in terms of accessibility and effectiveness.
Arts 8 First Quarter
Asian countries are rich in culture and tradition. Each is unique but shares similarities from one another.
In this quarter, Grade 8 learners will be exploring ten nation-states of Southeast Asia, namely Brunei, Burma, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, contain hundreds of ethnic groups. The learners will be exploring about the elements of arts applied to each country. After exploring , the learners will be developing artworks representing cultures from different Southeast Asian nations.
As you proceed, you are encouraged to ponder on Philippine culture too which you were able to study when you were in Grade 7. Try to relate and connect it to the culture of the countries mentioned earlier by comparing and contrasting theirs with our very own.
Good luck and enjoy your adventure!
320306 Science 9
This course is intended for Grade 9 students.
Learning Competencies
-Identify and differentiate organic and inorganic compounds
- Recognize the general classes and uses of organic compounds
SCIENCE 10 QUARTER 1 (WEEK 1)
The Earth’s structure is divided into four major components: the crust, the mantle, the
outer core, and the inner core. Each layer has a unique chemical composition, physical state,
and can impact life on Earth's surface. Geologists have distinguished these three main
internal subdivisions of the Earth, based on the behavior of seismic waves and laboratory
experiments.
MOST ESSENTIAL LEARNING COMPETENCY:
Describe and relate the distribution of active volcanoes, earthquake epicenters, and
major mountain belts to Plate Tectonic Theory.
OBJECTIVES:
- Describe the Earth's lithosphere and differentiate oceanic and continental crust.
- Infer that the Earth’s lithosphere is divided into
plates.
- Identify the major lithospheric plates.
320306 Sci7
This course is intended for grade 7 science, the students will learn and understand about pure substance and mixtures.

Non- Mendelian Inheritance: Incomplete Dominance, Codominance and Multiple Alleles
This is the type of inheritance wherein the patterns of phenotypes does not coincide with those that was presented in the Mendelian Law of Inheritance.
MATHMATICS 9 VARIATION DIRECT AND INVERSE
Variation
- A relationship where one quantity is a constant multiplied by another quantity is called direct variation.
- Two variables that are directly proportional to one another will have a constant ratio.
- A relationship where one quantity is a constant divided by another quantity is called inverse variation.
- Two variables that are inversely proportional to one another will have a constant multiple.
- In many problems, a variable varies directly or inversely with multiple variables. We call this type of relationship joint variation.

Math 9 Week 3
This course you will be learning about the sum and products of the roots of the quadratic equation. The strategies of solving of sum and products of the roots given the roots and given the quadratic equation.
MATHEMATICS 7 - QUARTER 1
SET in Mathematics is defined as a collection of well-defined distinct objects.
Note that well-defined means having clearly distinguishable characteristics or features. When you list down the members of the group you will have the same opinion compared with other people. Not well-defined means the result when you list down the members of the group will not be absolute or clear that people will different results.
