The second grade forms the second layer of the foundation of a child’s primary education. In the second grade, children are usually 7 to 8 years old. Students are taught subjects such as Math, Science, Geography and Social Studies

             Ang modyul na ito ay nilikha para sa iyo upang makatulong sa pagpapalawak ng iyong kaalaman at kasanayan sa Agham. Ang nilalaman at tinatalakay ng modyul na ito ay tungkol sa Ikatlong Kuwarter . Ito ay hango sa Most Essential Learning Competency (MELC) ng K – 12 Kurikulum para sa Ikatlong Baitang sa Ikaltlong Kuwarter. Ang modyul na ito ay magagamit mo at makatutulong sa iyo upang mapag-aaralan mo ang mga aralin at mga gawain na nakapaloob dito. Masisiyahan ka na pag- aralan at tapusin ang mga gawaing nakapaloob dito. Pakiusap lamang namin na ingatan mo ito at huwag sisirain upang magamit pa ng ibang mga susunod na mag-aaral. Maaari kang gumamit ng papel o kwaderno sa pagsagot sa iba’t ibang pagsasanay sa modyul na ito.

Ang pagtuturo ay isang sining dahil sa pagiging malikhain ng guro sa kanyang pagtuturo upang makuha ang interes o kawilihan ng mag-aaral upang matuto. Katulad ng isang pintor, manlililok, artista at mananayaw ang guro ay nakapagbabahagi ng kanyang kaalaman at kasanayan sa kanyang mga mag-aaral sa isang masining na paraan.

The learner demonstrates understanding and appreciation of key concepts and skills involving numbers and number sense; measurement; geometry; patterns and algebra; statistics and probability as applied - using appropriate technology - in critical thinking, problem solving, reasoning, communicating, making connections, representations, and decisions in real life.

Sa araling ito ay matutuklasan natin ang mga pagsusumikap ng pamahalaan at mamamayan upang malutas ang mga suliranin at hamon sa kasarinlan na kinahaharap ng bansa matapos ang digmaan bilang nagsasariling pamahalaan.

English 8-Quarter 3-Module 2: Propaganda Techniques. 

This course contains basic information in understanding the Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs) from Quarter 3, Module 2 in English 8. It was designed to give you engaging opportunities for guided and independent learning which you can do at your own pace.

At the end of this course, you are expected to:

• identify the types of propaganda techniques;
• recognize the different types of propaganda techniques in a given sample of advertisement;
• create an informative slogan utilizing propaganda techniques; and 
• develop an awareness on the used and effect propaganda is used in everyday life.

MAPEH 8 Focuses on the individuals development in relation to one's family. Topics in Music discuss the music of the neighboring countries around us like Malaysia, Indonesia and other countries found in Asia.

• At the end of Grade 7, learners can distinguish mixtures from substances through semi-guided investigations. They realize the importance of fair testing when conducting investigations. 
• Learners can use a microscope when observing very small organisms and structures. They recognize that living things are organized into different levels: Cells, tissues, organs, organ systems, and organisms. These organisms comprise populations and communities, which interact with non-living things in ecosystems. 
• Learners can describe the motion of objects in terms of distance, speed, velocity and acceleration, and represent this in tables, graphs, charts, and equations. They can describe how various forms of energy travel through different mediums. 
• Learners describe what makes up the Philippines as a whole and the resources found in the archipelago. They can explain the occurrence of breezes, monsoons, and ITCZ, and how these weather systems affect people. They can explain why seasons change and demonstrate how eclipses occur.

MAPEH is a group of subjects in school. It stands for Music, Art, Physical Education, and Health. They are important because they culturally enrich students and help them enjoy and learn new things. Motor skills are also important.
