This module will help you understand the ability of materials to
absorb water, float, sink and undergo decay
At the end of this module, you will be able to:
1. Classify materials based on the ability to absorb
water, float, sink and undergo decay (S4MT-Ia-1)
2. Describe materials based on their ability to absorb
water
3. Identify materials that undergo decay
4. Compare the characteristics of materials which do not absorb
water and materials which absorb water.

Sa kursong ito ay matutuklasan ang ibat- ibang pakinabang na pang- ekonomiko ng mga likas na yaman ng bansang Pilipinas. Dahil sa sagana ang Pilipinas sa likas na yaman tayo ay nakakakuha ng iba't ibang kapakinabangan nito tulad ng sa produkto, industriya, enerhiya at turismo. Upang mas lalo pang maintindihan ang kursong ito, ay kailangang mong itong simulang basahin at pag-aralan. Tara sabay-sabay tayong matuto!

• Use adverbs of manner, place and time in sentences
• An adverb modifies a verb, an adjective or another adverb. Adverbs usually answer the questions where, when and how. There are three kinds of adverbs. They are the adverbs of place, time and manner.

Ang araling ito ay naglalayon na ipabatid sa iyong kaalaman ang kahalagahan ng pagdaragdag. Matutuklasan at matututuhan mo ang bagong kaalaman tungkol sa pagdaragdag o pagsasama (addition). Ang simbolong + o ang salitang at ay nangangahulugan ng pagdaragdag (addition) na ang ibig sabihin ay pagsasama-sama o pagsasama ng mga pangkat.
